The purpose of the internet is to promote democracy and certain unalienable rights. I strongly believe that governments should refrain from trying to dictate at to how the internet should be run. The internet is owned by the people and for the people.
In an age where the freedom of speech is increasingly under threat and the plutocratic powers that have silenced innovation and creativity, the internet is the only viable avenue for individuals to be heard.
